Before we get going today, let me explain the "What Do You Sell..." headline above.

You'd be surprised how many people I speak to who say...

"James, I've got this great product that I'm going to sell..." And then they go on to try sell it only to find no one's interested...So ONLY sell what people want NOT what YOU think they want...

Which is why I know some of you may be thinking..."James you've lost the plot...You're telling me how to get leads and how to build a website but I don't even have a product yet!

Well let me tell you something, finding products is the easiest thing in this whole business. In fact you actually want to find a "hungry crowd" first.

In other words find a crowd of people who are looking for something then go and get a product to satisfy their needs. That way you know you have a winning product...

Look for people with "problems". Because people with problems are looking for solutions...Where do most people look these days when they want to find something out? Google of course.

TIP: Just make sure that what ever type of product you look to create that it's on a topic that interests you. A word of caution though. If you're into collecting some obscure topic that doesn't have a worldwide appeal you might want to look at something that is a little more well know.

Don't mis-understand me on this - Of course you want to look at "niche" topics. So for example instead of looking at "Golf" as in interest, I'd suggest you drill down a little...say something like Golf for Left handed people over the age of 50...You get my drift...
